  They were extremely rude on the phone. I asked a simple question about repairing my refrigerator to which they responded that they don't fix that type of refrigerator and then actually hung up on me before I could continue to speak. Do yourself a favor and call another company that actually knows how to speak to customers. I was incredulous as to how rude they were!
